Escape Route Planner Updated for Update 1

The Escape Route & Police Heat Planner tool now includes a 'Check beta' warning so players know state-line distances may shift after Update 1.

We re-verified the Escape Route & Police Heat Planner tool against the verified-data file and added a 'beta-build caveat' banner.

State-line distances (Kansas -> Oklahoma -> Texas -> Mexico) are inferred from community footage and may change as supercat games adjusts the map in Update 1 and beyond.

If you notice a route is longer or shorter than the planner suggests after Update 1, drop a comment on the Tools page so we can recalibrate the constants.
